Jeder, der auch nur im Entferntesten mit Gastronomie und Hotellerie, mit Bars und Getr\u00e4nken,\u00a0Essen und Genuss im weitesten Sinne zu tun hat, in Deutschland, \u00d6sterreich und der Schweiz, fiebert diesem Highlight allj\u00e4hrlich entgegen.<\/p>\n<p>Dieses Jahr wurde <a href=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/david.penker\/\">David Penker<\/a>, Barchef bei der <a href=\"https:\/\/www.barcampari.at\">Bar Campari<\/a> in Wien, als <strong>Bartender des Jahres\u00a0&#8211; \u00d6sterreich<\/strong> geehrt. Bereits in 2020 wurde er von Falstaff zum &#8222;Innovativsten Barman \u00d6sterreichs&#8220; gek\u00fcrt. Und auch wir haben schon verschiedene Projekte zusammen umgesetzt.
