With LAW Gin you can taste the magic of Ibiza in your mouth. One of the most important ingredients for the distillate is the island’s native prickly pear. Only natural botanicals are used, most of which come from the surrounding area and are gently distilled on the basis of pure wheat alcohol. Sugar and artificial flavorings are generally avoided. The manufactory produces in small batches of a few hundred bottles per batch in order to meet the highest quality standards. Inspiration for this balanced gin was the Mediterranean nature of Ibiza.
Botanicals
Juniper: Common juniper and Phoenician juniper (named after the seafarers who settled on the island more than 2000 years ago)
Fresh lemon and orange peels: Lemons and oranges are available almost all year round in Ibiza, so the peels can always be used fresh

The story behind the name
The name LAW, English for law, arose from the appreciation of the manufacturers (Luna, Alexander and Wolfgang) for the lifestyle of Ibiza. A well-known saying goes: “Ad libitum”, which means: “To each as he pleases.” It stands for serenity, an unprejudiced spirit and openness to strangers. The island is still one of the most tolerant places in the world. Anyone who comes to Ibiza is free to portray whatever they want, as long as they give everyone else the freedom to do the same. This is Ibiza’s unwritten law.
